Each morning the guests at Austin's Holidae House are offered a choice of breakfast specials prepared by Laurence. The menu includes french toast, pancakes or waffles with pure Maine maple syrup, Irish oatmeal with raisins, eggs, bacon or sausage, corned beef hash, fresh fruit and yogurt.
Marcia's homemade scones, muffins and breads add just the right touch to the "most important meal of the day". Our made to order breakfasts feature local free-range farm-fresh eggs, granola and fruit smoothies in season, juice, and cereals. Starbucks coffee and specialty teas are served every day.
