We would have preferred no increase in our rates; however, with rapidly rising fuel and utility prices, we hope that you understand the necessity of doing so. We are still very competitive in our pricing and look forward to having you as our guests.
Advance deposit required, or credit card guarantee. Balance on departure.
Refunds will be made if reservation is cancelled fourteen days prior.
Cancellations inside 14 days 50% refund; inside 48 hours full charge unless room is re-let for the same period. $20 processing fee for all cancellations.
